Basic noise level

The operating noise of a conventional multi-stage centrifugal blower is 90-100 decibels, but optimized design models (such as D-type) can achieve almost no noise outside the machine room.
 Advanced technology models such as maglev can produce noise as low as 67 decibels.

Noise characteristics

Mainly high-frequency noise, obstacles can effectively isolate noise.
 2、 Noise reduction technology measures

Structural optimization

Adopting static and dynamic balance correction for impellers, with bearing amplitude ≤ 0.04mm.
 Improve the shape and clearance of the impeller to reduce aerodynamic noise.

Additional noise reduction scheme

Install a muffler or soundproof cover.
 The maglev model is equipped with an intake diffuser and soundproof cotton.
